What are Premium and Standard Membership listings?
The contractor memberships on Service Finders are categorized into two types, Standard and Premium. They are identical except for
they way they are first seen by viewers when looked up on ServiceFinders.Net. Both Standard and Premium include the
Contractor's Homepage and all the tools needed to make real-time updates from the contractor's Secured Administration Pages.
After viewers choose their desired location and service type they then choose from either Standard or Premium listed contractors.
Premium Membership listings show the most immediate imagery
and are limited to 12 per location and service type combination. To offer even more exposure Premium listings on these
pages are shuffled on every page refresh.

To register and add articles to the Service Finders Blog e-mail your name, e-mail address, name of your company you
represent to Contact Service Finders.

How does the customer feedback and ratings work?
Consumers who leave comments and ratings on a Contractor's Homepage will be asked to give their name, e-mail address
and recent contractor invoice number. Once they have entered this information and customer feedback and rating,
they will be e-mailed a link to submit the information they gave. Immediately their comment and rating will show
for other viewers to see and for contractors to see from their Secured Administration Pages. Member contractors
will not only view the rating and feedback as shown to the public but they can also view the customer's name and
invoice number. From the Secured Administration Pages member contractors can also add their own comment next to
those seen by the public.

Is my company's personal information secure on Service Finders?
Yes, all service company information is secure and safe on the Service Finders web site. Encrypted and secured
databases with security certificates for transferring confidential information are used for all information
which is placed on the Membership Upload Forms and on the Secured Admin Pages. Service Finders never stores
any billing information on databases which are internet accessible. Once you have uploaded your company information
only you can view the information on your company's Secured Admin Page by using your username and password and

What if I forget my password or username?
If you have lost your company's username or password e-mail Service Finders with a request to include your
name, company's name, address and phone number. Service Finders will confirm this information and send an
e-mail with a generic password. For your security, reply e-mails will only be sent to the e-mail
address which was last shown in the your Secured Administration Page. Members should immediately rename
their password once the temporary one was received to ensure their company's security.

The Secured Admin Page is the one place where Service Finders members go to view and update their membership terms,
company Homepages and information posted on the Service Finders web site. From the Secured Admin Page members can
use the tools provided to control options such as showing printable coupons from the company Homepage. Click to

To access your Secured Administration Pages click on the Service Company Login
link from the ServiceFinders.Net homepage. You will then be asked to enter your username and password to view their
Secured Admin Page.
